Scania’s Integrated Approach to Simulation and Testing

In vehicle development it is important to determine the service loads acting on subassemblies of the vehicle. Physical measurements on prototypes or customer vehicles are indispensable in this context, but the efficiency of the data can be greatly enhanced by mapping the measurements to simulation models. In this 15-minute presentation, recorded at the European ATC in Munich earlier this year, Dr. Henrik Wentzel talks about Scania’s approach to the problem.
